Coaches Information

Pupil Activity Certification
Beginning in the 2015 season, all high school and middle school coaches, whether paid or volunteer, are required to maintain a pupil activity permit.

As a school sport, this is required for us. The permits are valid for 3 years. Please keep any receipts so that you may be reimbursed.

• 1. US Lacrosse Membership
• 2. CPR Certification
• 3. Concussion Awareness Training
• 4. Fundamentals of Coaching Lacrosse
• 5. First Aid for Coaches
• Background Check  -  The background checks are done thru US Lacrosse. Please email us for more information.
